The Shack at Long Jetty consists of 2 'Beach Shack' Inspired Villas in the heart of the Central Coast which embody the essence of luxury beachside living.


Each Villa has a two-bedroom configuration with open-plan living and light-filled interiors which extend to an entertaining deck, perfect for sunset cocktails.


The Villas can be booked individually or together for travellers that enjoy holidaying with family and friends.


Villa A and Villa B are mirror images of each other that showcase modern interiors, perfect for both quiet relaxation and spontaneous entertaining.

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled within one (1) month prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee is incurred with no refunds. However, if we are able to rebook the property a refund maybe offered. Cancellation outside one (1) month prior to arrival a $120 cancellation fee will be charged, and all remaining deposit will be refunded.

House Rules

Strictly NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed and no pets (unless authorised) or smoking permitted. This property can sleep a maximum of 10, with 7 adults in total. We ask you to be considerate short-term neighbours and adhere our quiet time between 10pm and 7am. Your rights and our expectations are outlined in “Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry NSW”. Please review our full T&C's prior to booking.
